Our story

Why we went loco for coffee.

Cafe Loco started with a small, stubborn idea: that a really good cup of coffee should feel like a small LOCO journey — not a transaction.

We loved how Spain treats coffee — slow, sunlit, no fuss. Drinks made with care, served in ceramic, sipped without a phone in the other hand. We wanted that feeling tucked into Panchkula.

Coffee first. Because it deserved it.

We chose to open as a beverage-first cafe. Not because we don't love food, but because coffee deserved our full attention — the sourcing, the roast, the milk, the temperature, the cup it's served in. When food joins the menu, it'll have earned the same care.

Indulgence and mindfulness can share a cup.

Some days you want a Bombón with condensed milk and zero apologies. Other days you want a clean Cortado that respects your body. We built the menu so both versions of you have somewhere to land.
